| HENNA: APPLICATION |
| | | | | | | |
Properties |
| | |
Henna is a colouring because of the presence of a tannin,
a genuine natural colouring in its leaves. It bonds with the keratin
in the hair; henna revitalises your hair and enriches it with subtle
highlights, strengthening the roots, the body of the hair, leaving
it healthy whilst providing supple, shiny colour to your hair.

Application |
| | |
Put gloves on. Mix the henna powder with warm water
to make a smooth creamy paste. Apply to dry, clean hair, section by
section, from the root to the tip of the hair.
Leave for 30 minutes for simple colouring and for 1 hour maximum for
a more active treatment (revitalising and deeper colouring). Rinse
your hair carefully, then wash with your regular shampoo. Dry and
style. |

Care when
applying |
| | |
Do not use henna to colour eyebrows and eyelashes.
Test the henna first on a section of hair at the nape of the neck,
to make sure the colour is right (particularly for white hairs). To
achieve the desired result, we recommend you do not mix henna with
any chemical products or use it after a treatment such as a perm or
other dye. Carry out an allergy test on a small square of skin (1cm²).
Do not use henna is your skin looks red and irritated within 48 hours. |

Our tips |
| | |
If you use tea instead of water, you will increase the
colour's intensity.
Apply a thick cold cream around your hairline (+cotton wool) to avoid
colouring your skin. Add a few drops of vegetable oil for a smoother
mixture and better hair treatment. The colour is obtained after 20
minutes. Repeat the treatment every three weeks to strengthen the
colour. |
| | | | | | | |
Please note |
| | |
| Black henna is only for dark brown or black hair.
For the best possible results, leave to dry naturally then rinse.
The colour is only definitive after a few hours. |
